Congratulations on booking the Seattle Elopement Package for your intimate wedding! Our team can’t wait to work with you!
It’s time to select your package details and customizations.
Check out your options for photography, cake, ceremony, flowers and hair and makeup below and once you’re ready make your selections on the form below, click submit, and Alex will follow up with you to confirm all of the details shortly!
Because the Seattle Elopement Package includes booking five vendors at once, we’ve got a lot of questions for you regarding your preferences. Take your time, don’t let us make you feel rushed and just plan to submit your questionnaire to us within 45 days of your wedding - if possible.
Photography Coverage
Your photography coverage is for two hours on the wedding day, which is a perfect amount for many couples! Two hours of coverage is ideal for couples that prefer to focus on photo coverage of the first look (if you’re having one), the ceremony, photos of any guests and family members in attendance, a quick cake cutting and then couples portraits with our remaining time.
Many couples choose to add 1-2 more hours of photography coverage. Additional photography time allows for things like: getting-ready details, such as getting the dress on or tie tied, photographing an informal reception or toasts with your guests at the ceremony location or couples portraits in more than one location. If you would like input on what is most appropriate for you feel free to ask Alex directly about recommendations for additional coverage time.
Ceremony
Rev. Ray Van Winkle is going to put together a memorable and easy ceremony for you! He has six questions (one of which is your names, so that’s extra easy!) to help ensure he crafts the perfect ceremony and always plans to do a quick run through prior to getting started on the day of the wedding. No need for nerves or jitters - he will expertly guide you through without any need for a rehearsal.
Cake
Included in the rate for the Seattle Elopement Package is a 5” custom cake (single tier, serves 7-10 people). You get to customize exterior design, color and flavor. You’ll find dropdown selections for each item in your questionnaire below.
Please reference the photos below for the six styles of cake exterior you can choose from. Keep in mind you can choose your exterior color. The colors in each photo are examples of options. Your cake will be picked up by Alex and brought to your elopement for you. We do not supply cake stands, plates or cutting utensils so please plan to bring those with you to your elopement location.
Flowers
Your Seattle Elopement Package includes a bridal bouquet and coordinating boutonniere, OR two boutonnieres and a matching floral votive arrangement.
All arrangements will come with the freshest seasonal blooms. Examples include:
Spring: roses, ranunculus, sweet peas, tulips, poppies, anemone, peony
Summer/Fall: roses, ranunculus, dahlias, cosmos, phlox, marigold
Winter: roses, ranunculus, camilia, tulips, anemone, helebore
Please use the below photos as reference for color palette options when choosing your flowers. All bouquets shown are by Anthera Floral.
Top left - Spring Mix. Top center - Fall Mix. Top right - Plum, lavender and Mauve
Bottom left - Summer Mix. Bottom center - Neutrals, yellows and peaches. Bottom right - Neutrals, blush, mauve, greenery
You may also elect for “florist’s choice” or indicate special requests on your booking form. If you have specific flower variety requests or there are certain blooms you would want to exclude please leave those notes below and our florist will get all of that information.
Your flowers will be picked up by Alex and brought to your elopement for you.
Hair and Makeup
Hair and makeup for one person is included in the Seattle Elopement Package. A stylist from Offwhite Makeup and Beauty can travel to your location if you are getting married or getting ready in the city of Seattle and they can also accommodate you at their Greenlake neighborhood studio. A small additional travel fee will apply to locations outside of Seattle. If you don’t know where you will be getting ready yet, Alex is happy to chat about this to help get all the bases covered.
If you and your partner would both like to book hair and makeup services that is awesome! The Offwhite team has plenty of incredible stylists to accommodate you if a second stylist is needed. Just give us a quick indication below if you’d like us to plan for hair and makeup services for more than one person and we’ll get you taken care of!
As mentioned above, we know this is a LOT of questions, so take your time and don’t rush yourself through. Alex will confirm all of your decisions with you to ensure we’ve got everything understood correctly and to go over your total fees if you’ve chosen any upgrades.
While we don’t have known issues with our website we do recommend copy and pasting in a word doc your written answers to any special comments or messages. That way just in case the form doesn’t send to us properly or an internet connection gets interrupted you won’t lose what you’ve already written out.
