Planning a wedding, no matter how intimate, can be a stressful time! If you and your partner are in the process of planning an elopement or intimate wedding and are searching for the perfect vendors to help make your day incredible then you’ve found your match!
After Covid became a pandemic, 90% of the couples I was booked to photograph had to drastically alter or completely cancel their wedding plans. The ongoing pandemic has forced couples to become extra creative with their wedding planning and has also lead couples to place extra focus on what is most important about any wedding day - the marriage itself. Intimate weddings are all about the couple and the vows they’re making to one another and the scaled back, smaller weddings I’ve been a part of since 2020 are some of the most memorable ones I’ve ever photographed.
I believe that intimate weddings are here to stay - they were never gone but definitely weren’t as popular as they are now. I also know that no matter how intimate or small a wedding is, there is still SO MUCH to plan, so many vendors to book, and so many potential stressors. I wanted to help create stress-free wedding experiences for more couples seeking a service custom tailored for smaller celebrations, so I decided to assemble a dream team of Seattle’s most popular wedding vendors and start offering the Seattle Elopement Package. This package of five wedding vendors is perfect for couples that want to make their planning easier while still booking some of the most popular wedding vendors in the Seattle area. The Seattle Elopement Package means you book five vendors with one contract!
One simple flat fee includes your photographer, florist, hair and makeup artist, cake and officiant! Alex, your photographer, handles all logistics for communicating with your vendors, assists with timeline planning and can also pick up your cake and flowers for you! No need to worry about keeping track of dozens of emails between all your vendors, creating your own timeline and having to remember which vendors you’ve already communicated your planning decisions with. I’ve got you and am excited to help make your wedding planning and the wedding day itself more fun for you and your partner.

What is included with the Seattle Elopement Package?
The Seattle Elopement Package is designed to be inclusive of all the vendors and services you will need for your elopement or intimate wedding. It includes:

The full Seattle Elopement Package, including all five award-winning vendors, costs $2950.
All sales tax, cake and floral pickups, tips and gratuities are already included. No additional fees or charges to worry about at a later date.
Travel for locations outside of Seattle, customizations, upgrades and substitutions are offered and easily accommodated. Just let us know your vision and existing plans and we can craft a customized Seattle Elopement Package experience for you.

What is the Seattle Elopement Package Experience?
Our goal is to make your elopement as stress free and fun as possible. Your experience begins with your initial inquiry. Our team will confirm availability and set up a time to hop on a video call with you to discuss your unique plans, ideas and vision. We want you to get to know our team and their personalities, their strengths and skillsets, and help you feel confident that we’re a good fit for you.
Following booking, your photographer and coordinator, Alex, will work with you to help you select customizations such as cake design and floral colors, build your timeline with you, coordinate your vendor team, and keep the number of emails flooding your inbox to a minimum. Some couples have timelines that are very straightforward and planned quickly while others have lots of logistics to factor in. We will have time for it all regardless of if your elopement is in nine months or two weeks.
Booking is easy! We require one retainer that covers all five vendors with the remaining balance of your elopement package fees due 30 days before your wedding. The one-month-out mark is when we finish up timeline preparation so that all of your vendors and you are on the same page and then you have a healthy chance to breathe, focus on other items leading up to the big day, and trust that everything on our end is ready to go.
Finally - the wedding day! I am in touch with you as much as needed prior to showing up to start photography, we hold your ceremony, certificate signing, sneak away for couples photos, ensure that any family or group photos we can take are captured, and enjoy our time together. It’s fleeting but memorable in so many good ways.
Your full collection of edited high-resolution photos is ready for you within six weeks of the wedding but you can expect a handful of sneak peek shots delivered to you about a week after the elopement to tide you over while you wait for the full set to be ready.

Meet your elopement package dream team!
Alex of Alexandra Knight Photography
Included in the Seattle Elopement Package is two hours of photography, which is generally plenty of coverage for the ceremony, portraits of guests and witnesses that attend and then about an hour of couples portraits at or near the location of your ceremony. Additional photography coverage can be added by the hour and is often recommended for couples that would like to visit a second location for their portraits or if there is interest in documenting pre-ceremony images like getting ready photos.

Included in the Seattle Elopement Package is a custom cake that serves up to 10, with multiple design options and flavors to choose from. Upgrades and larger cakes are happily offered.

Anthera’s aesthetic is organic, whimsical, and romantic. Melissa’s work is led by color and texture, and inspired by the way flora naturally occurs and thrives in the wild. She also values high quality design and product more than your average florist. Melissa’s creations feature the freshest seasonal blooms in colors of your choice.
Included in the base Seattle Elopement Package rate is one bridal bouquet and one boutonniere OR two boutonnieres and a table arrangement. We gladly offer package customizations that include multiple bouquets, arch arrangements and more.

OffWhite Makeup and Beauty creates a hair and makeup look for your special occasion that brings out the most beautiful you…..on your best day! From grand and elaborate to simple and demure, their kind and experienced team of stylists ensure your finished look is as stunning as what you've envisioned.
Included in the Seattle Elopement Package is bridal hair and makeup for one person. Hair and makeup for two people (or more) is gladly accommodated. Services are offered on-site for locations in the city of Seattle, at OffWhite’s studio in Greenlake, and locations outside of Seattle are happily accommodated for a small travel fee.
