It is pretty easy to get caught up with life and lose track of how many years it’s been since your last family portrait. I work with so many families that have gone years at a time without new photos being taken and it is such a blessing to help kick start that tradition again. The Holmquist Family has quickly become one of my favorites. Sarah is a dear friend of my sister, who then introduced me to her immediate family for some portraits a couple years ago, and then this past year we got the entire extended family together for even more fun. We used her grandparents’ private residence and sat under an apple tree that was planted by the family decades ago. It was a beautiful sunny day and opting to shoot on the family property made things even more special. Thank you, Holmquist Family, for inviting me into your home to spend time with your family!
