If every wedding had similar vibes to Nolan & Helena’s sun soaked and relaxed nuptials at the University of Washington Center for Urban Horticulture I would be in total heaven. When this couple reached out to me with their initial inquiry I was instantly smitten with their kind personalities and priorities for their wedding day. Their ceremony would include readings from family that was traveling from the UK to be at the wedding, their reception would be held outdoors in the gardens so their guests could fully enjoy a flawless Pacific Northwest evening, and their focus would be on connection and time with their loved ones. Translation: lots and lots of candid photos!
The Center for Urban Horticulture is one of my favorite venues in the Seattle area. It’s a versatile venue with multiple garden areas and spaces perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions and dance parties. Nolan & Helena were such an amazing couple to work with. I can’t wait to work with them in the future AND to return to their venue to work with more sweet couples.
