One of the things I love most about elopements is that they are each so unique from the next. There is no template, no rules, and no limit to how creative you can get when planning your perfect day. Enter Meagan & Nick! Meagan is originally from South Africa, while Nick is from Texas! They both love the outdoors, hiking, and adventuring everywhere they can – so Mount Rainier National Park, featuring the tallest peak in the lower 48, made perfect sense for the location to celebrate their wedding. Nick & Meagan’s full immediate families were able to join them, hailing from seven different countries and states. I learned after the nuptials that every single person that attended the wedding had traveled to celebrate! Talk about memorable.
Nick & Meagan first reached out to me interested in our Seattle Elopement Package and the team of vendors that comes along with it. They had some customization requests – like bringing their own officiant – and wanted extra photography coverage for the full day, which was easy to accommodate of course!
It was delightful getting to enjoy such a special day with this couple and their (incredibly sweet and loving) families, partaking in a hike along Mount Rainier’s Vista Trail, exploring the old growth forests, and celebrating with them at the reception they hosted at their nearby Airbnb.
No vision is too wild for me and the Seattle Elopement Package team. As soon as I heard Meagan & Nick’s plans I wanted to be there 1000%.
